Snow's Beginning

Finished giftart for of her characters, Sparrow (the werewolf female) and Sptizfrond (the bird on her shoulder).

Sparrow perches on the branches of a tree skillfully, simply watching the drizzle of snow fall from the winter's sky with Sptizfrond keeping her company. Even in the biting cold, the little sparrow and two members of his flock decided to stay around with his lupine friend; she has enough body-heat for all of them! xD

Anywho, this is a redo of an old pic I did back when, seen right here:


I thought it looked a little... bleh. So, I went ahead and redrew the lineart, and colored it. c: The snow flurries you see were originally stars on the blue, but then I really started to like how it looked, so I went ahead and splatter-painted the whole thing, and not just the sky.

I wanted to color this in complete watercolors, but I decided not to; Didn't really feel like mixing colors to get the right scheme for Sparrow's coat. Lazy much? XP You can't blame me! D8 I was half asleep when I was coloring it. B|

Well, despite the laziness and half-asleepness, I think it's decent enough for now. I hope you like it, Rehensin! C:
